1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you by email.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in India.To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders to India, please be sure to include the complete postal address with the correct PIN code. We are not responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.

Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.

Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

Shipping cost is not built in each items price. You get the benefit of reduced shipping cost on each additional item.

Please also note that the shipping rates are weight based. The weight of any product can be found on its detail page. To match the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams.

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

Delivery Period is 5-7 working days from the time the order is confirmed.

4. Shipment and Tracking Details

We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier company’s website details along with expected date of delivery. You may also check the same on our order status page or by log-in in to the My Account section on our site.

Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

5. Request for Address Change

Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may send your request to support@sasel.inand the needful will be done.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete address

Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and pin code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not SASEL. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.

7. Billing address and Shipping Address

Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their     shipment.

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page.

9. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please contact our customer service immediately.
